Hitler's Actions

Immediately Hitler began secretly building up Germany's army and weapons. In 1934 he increased the size of the army, he began building warships and created a German airforce.

In 1936 Hitler ordered German troops to enter the Rhineland. At this point the German army was not very strong and could have been easily defeated. Neither France and Britain weren't prepared to start another war. Although Britain and France were aware of Hitler's actions, they were also concerned about the rise of Communism and believed that a stronger Germany might help to prevent the spread of Communism to the West.

Main Causes Of The War

In 1919, Lloyd George of England, Orlando of Italy, Clemenceau of France and Woodrow Wilson from the US met to discuss how Germany was to be made to pay for the damage world war one had caused. Georges Clemenceau wanted revenge. He wanted to be sure that Germany could never start another war again. But they did.
Germany should have accepted the blame of starting the terrible World War I. They should also pay £ 6,600 million for the ugly damage caused by the Wars.
Germany was only allowed to have a small army and six naval ships. No tanks, no airforce and no submarines were allowed! Land was taken away from the Germans and given to other countries.

The Aeroplanes

The War includes all the aircrafts used by those countries which were at war during World war II, from the period between their joining the conflict and the conflict ending for them. Aircrafts developed but not used alot in the war. Aircrafts were used for multiple roles and are generally only listed under their primary role unless specialized versions were built for other roles. Aircrafts are used by neutral countries such as Spain, Switzerland and Sweden or countries which did no significant fighting such most of those of South America (except Brazil), are not included.

The Germans

It began with the invasion of Poland by the German army, the declarations of war on Germany by France and most of the countries of the British Empire and Commonwealth. Germany set out to establish a large empire in Europe. From late 1939 to early 1941, in a series of campaigns and treaties.The German Army was unable to grow to more than 100,000 men. One way that Adolf Hitler dealt with this issue was to allow the Sturm Abteilung (SA) to grow rapidly. By 1934 the SA had grown to a force of over 4,500,000 men.

About This War

World War 2 was a global war. It started in 1939 and it ended in 1945. It counted in a lot of the strenth of the soldiers. There were eventually formed two opposing military armies. It was the most widespread war in history, with more than 100 million people serving in army units. The major participants placed their entire industrial, and scientific capabilities at the service of the war effort, erasing the distinction between civilian and military resources. The English won it against the Germans.
